I purchased my Vidalia Grill in 2002. Before I owned a Vidalia Grill I cooked on charcoal grills only. Now I cook with gas or charcoal. The Vidalia Grill saves me so much time when I cook ribs, it used to take 6 hours to cook them, now I can do it in 2 hours. With the convection airflow, indirect cooking and marinating as you cook, this is the best grilling concept yet!
In the summer I use my Vidalia Grill four or five times a week so I don’t heat the kitchen up.
I never cooked whole chickens on a grill before I bought the Vidalia Grill. Now I cook them at least once a week. They're so easy to cook and it comes out perfect every time. The quality and pride that goes into these grills is over the top.
